    Educational & Motivational Presentations

Our aim is to work with high caliber organizations to educate and develop their leaders and associates. A ‘disengaged’ staff member can de-motivate an entire team as fast as a ‘spraying skunk’ can clear a crowded room. The responsibility of staff motivation and 'buy-in' rests squarely on the shoulders of the leaders of an organization. The by-products of staff 'buy-in' are positive attitudes, improved performance, and an increase in overall quality.

Motivational presentations will focus on how to achieve staff 'buy-in', what steps to take to attain it, practical approaches to maintain it, and leadership pitfalls to avoid. Attendees will walk away with ‘fixes’ that do not include ‘duct-tape’ or ‘band-aides’.

CMS/State Directed Remedies:

  • CMS/State Directed In-Service Training
  • CMS/State Directed Plan of Correction

Titles of some requested presentations:

  • Why On Earth Am I Doing What I Am Doing? (leadership starts with recognizing who you are and what are your strengths and passion)
  • Steering A Horse Name Diversity (addresses how the different generations interact with each other)
  • Perspective Determines Directive (accounts for how things can appear different to different folks... therefore, clear communication is very important)
  • Account'onme'ability (when does accountability happen)
  • Who Me (another one on accountability)
  • Where does our help come from...? (understanding differences and how to attract and retain associates- what are the variables that affect and attract us to be leaders)
  • We are all in this together! (discusses how silo management and operations is not the road that leads to success)
  • 'Gotta Minute' (getting it together and facing what guides our day)
  • Making A Difference (leaders will make or break an organization)
  • Leadership is not based on a position but rather an attitude! (5 phases of leadership)
  • Staff + Engagement = Quality (if you want quality ... hire for ability and train for success)
  • Delegate or Suffocate (explains the stages of delegation and the difference in delegation and empowerment)

    Mentoring & Coaching

The way to engage employees is to actively coach and mentor them.  Successful coaching and mentoring incorporates company, team, and individual goals to meet the objective of each.

Mentoring focuses on developing capability and learning from experience. It consists of a trusted person acting as a sounding board, encouraging a range of perspectives and providing the benefits of their own experience.

Coaching provides individuals with feedback, insight, guidance and direction to enhance potential. Individuals are coached to help them achieve specific outcomes through changes in behavior. It unlocks potential and builds skills, experience and confidence to address gaps and maximize individual effectiveness.

Our experienced professionals work with individuals and corporate clients to help enable them to achieve their full potential:

  • Discovering Your Personal Power
  • Changing Makes All the Difference
  • Making Every Minute Count
  • Mapping the Plan
  • Accountability and Recognition
  • Delegating
  • Maximizing Your Resources
